escape,\nrelax and enjoy yourself at any time of the day: from a traditional \u201cpicaeta\u201d and leisurely\nlunches to aperitifs, dinners and drinks.\nFor visitors deciding where to eat in Valencia, L\u00edndala offers something different from\nthe restaurants of Valencia\u2019s old town: the atmosphere, history and Mediterranean\ncharacter of the city\u2019s iconic seaside class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">THE STORY OF OUR BUILDING<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94c995c elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"94c995c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Our building is part of the history of Cabanyal-Grau.\nBuilt between 1928 and 1930 on what is now Calle Ernesto Anastasio, it began life as\nan industrial space linked to the activity of El Port de Valencia. For decades, it was\nused as a warehouse for the export of wines and spirits, including mistela, vermouth\nand brandy.\nIn 1990, it became a lighting warehouse, and some of the original lamps can still be\nfound in our restaurant today.\nAt the end of 2017, the building began its transformation into a hotel and restaurant,\nopening its doors in November 2019. During the renovation, the ceramic tile depicting\nthe Virgin Mary, made by Cer\u00e1micas Santa Ana in Sevilla, was restored \u2014 a unique\npiece that connects the building with its past.\n\nAlmost a century later, the building still retains the spirit of a place that has served\nmany purposes and that today serves perhaps one of its most important: giving people\na reason to stay.\nThe garden is at the heart of the experience \u2014 a place to switch off, linger over the\ntable and lose track of time.\nOur cuisine is rooted in Valencia\u2019s market gardens and Mediterranean Sea, while\nremaining open to flavours from around the world.<br><br>\nCome for the food.
